We take pride in our work and we back our fishing rods 100 %. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase return it within 14 days, in good condition, and we will give you a full refund. Our warranty is outlined as follows: If your rod breaks while fishing, i.e. on the cast, on a fish, or due to manufacturer fault, we will repair or replace the broken section free of charge, and we will take care of all shipping costs incurred. If your fishing rod is broken due to negligence, i.e. broken in a car or home door or in a truck bed, stepped on, too much strain put on the rod while under flex (high sticking), over lined, or broken on a snag, we will charge a $25 dollar fee for repairing or replacing the broken section, but sections will cost $50. And we will charge you for shipping costs. Please be honest, and we will do everything we can to get you back on the river with your rod as quickly as possible.
 
 Repairs take between 1-3 weeks depending on the nature of the repair. We will keep you updated on the status of your rod via email and or phone.

Satisfaction Garunteed:

We offer a money back satisfaction guarantee on our spinners as well. If you are unsatisfied with the spinners you have purchased from us for any reason, simply return them within 30 days and we will refund your money.
