We build our Custom rods on our own blanks that we have designed tested and developed in a small blank shop in Washougal Wa.
 

Our rods are designed keeping in mind these key factors : Castability : Wyld Edge rods are all built to cast a range of lures at greater distances with accuracy and ease .   Sensitivity : We are able to design our rods to have ultimate sensitivity without compromising strength   Power : Our rods have backbone for fighting fish and setting hooks .   And durability: Reinforced ferrules and thick walls in the but section make our rods virtually unbreakable .           Rods range in actions from x-fast to ultra light . Action refers to the flex of the rod and Power refers to the strength . We segregate our rods according to what species of game fish they are intended for , so a medium power trout rod and a medium power steelhead rod will have different line ratings and lure weight specs .
